MANILA, Philippines — Oil companies are set to lower their pump prices on August 6 for the second straight week.

Shell and Seaoil on Monday said prices of gasoline will go down by P0.10 per liter, diesel by P0.20 per liter and kerosene by P0.45 per liter.
