PROPERTY developer Megaworld Corp. is planning to spend P12 billion over the next five to seven years to develop a 25-hectare integrated wellness township in Lipa, Batangas, in partnership with The Farm at San Benito.
The property giant will be building its 33rd township development, San Benito Private Estate, as a low-density wellness community offering residential lots and low-rise condominiums, an international brand hotel, sports and leisure hubs, community gardens, commercial shops in a nature park, and nature walk trails.
