SENIOR high school (SHS) learners are set to gain a competitive edge in the booming e-commerce industry as the Department of Education (DepEd), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and Thames International signed a memorandum of agreement (MOA) on Thursday, August 1, to equip students with essential industry skills.
