Cagayano Summa Cum Laude in London

A RESIDENT from Tuao, Cagayan achieved first class honors in Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and graduated summa cum laude at Queen Mary University of London.

His name is Arturo Jose Mamba, 21 years old, and son of Arturo Ancheta Mamba and Marie Joanne Areola Mamba who are both from Tuao, Cagayan. Mamba and his family have been living in London since he was five years old.
