MCIA celebrates Level 2 airport customer experience accreditation

MACTAN-CEBU International Airport (MCIA) continues to demonstrate its commitment to exceptional service by achieving Level 2 Airport Customer Experience Accreditation from Airports Council International (ACI).

This milestone follows last year's historic achievement, where MCIA became the first airport in the Philippines to receive Level 1 accreditation.
