BANGSAMORO Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) Labor and Employment Minister Muslimin Sema has confirmed that the Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) and the national government with the Office of the Presidential Adviser Peace, Reconciliation and Unity (Opapru) finally agreed on the convergence efforts between two factions of Sema and Misuari.

The convergence is based on the peace agreement signed on Sept. 2, 1996, and the Opapru, represented by Presidential Peace Adviser Carlito Galvez Jr., and the MNLF, represented by Sema, who is also the chairman of the MNLF, signed a resolution for the purpose.
