First tourist rest area in Bicol unveiled

TOURISM Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco and Tabaco City Mayor Cielo Krisel Lagman led the groundbreaking of the region's first Tourist Rest Area (TRA) on Wednesday, in an effort to further improve visitors' convenience.

The event, held close to the entrance to Hiraya Manawari Nature Park on the Ligao-Tabaco Road, marks an important milestone in the region's tourism progress.
