There was the 'Great Resignation' or the 'Big Quit,' the 'Great Reshuffle,' the 'Great Regret,' and then 'Quiet Quitting,' 'Social Loafing' and 'Quiet Hiring.' As the 'Rolling Recession' continues, 'Career Cushioning' will soon become a familiar buzzword.
