Marcos approves Negros power franchise

PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has signed into law the granting of a 25-year franchise to Negros Electric and Power Corp. (NEPC).

The President signed Republic Act (RA) 12011 on July 26, 2024, just a day before it would have lapsed into law.
