At long last, some justice for victims of sea tragedy

FOR the families of the victims of the sinking of the MV Princess of the Stars, the journey toward complete justice and closure may not be quite finished, but it took a giant leap forward this month when the Court of Appeals (CA) rejected the petition of the ill-fated ship's owners to set aside a lower court ruling finding them liable for the June 21, 2008 tragedy.
