SPENDING on infrastructure and other capital outlays is expected to hit P1.28 trillion next year, data from the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) showed, slightly higher than the P1.24 trillion for 2024.
The amount, which comprises the bulk of the P1.56-trillion capital outlay for 2025, does not include infrastructure subsidies and equity to state-owned firms and capital transfers to local government units.
