Marcventures names Serafica as president

LISTED mining firm Marcventures Holdings Inc. (MHI) on Tuesday said that investment banker Augusto Serafica had been elected as its new president, effective immediately.

Marcventures told the stock exchange that Serafica's election followed a stockholders' meeting last July 26.
