National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Director Jaime Santiago presents to the media seven Chinese in Manila on July 30, 2024 following their arrest for alleged credit card fraud and bribing the operatives for their release. The suspects who were arrested from Paranaque and Quezon City face violations of the Access Devices Regulation Act, Corruption of Public Officials and Comprehensive Firearm and Ammunition.
