FILIPINO pug Pedro Taduran reclaimed the International Boxing Federation (IBF) minimumweight crown with a ninth round stoppage of Japanese Ginjiro Shigeoka at the Shiga Daihatsu Arena in Otsu, Japan.
Taduran, who lost the title in 2022, unleashed a barrage of punches as he battered Shigeoka on the ropes so badly the referee had to stop the bout with 10 seconds left in the ninth period.
