A THOROUGH defense of Vice President Sara Duterte is in order as she's battered with criticisms from all but a few sectors while Typhoon Carina batters the rest of us.
I strongly sympathize with the Office of the Vice President (OVP), which confirmed that PNP chief Rommel Marbil recalled 75 police officers assigned to the VP's security group, which her supporters claim is a deliberate disregard for Sara's safety.
