THE Philippines and the United States will sign today, July 30, a military intelligence-sharing agreement.
The pact will be signed during the 2+2 Ministerial Dialogue in Manila between Foreign Affairs Secretary Enrique Manalo, Defense Secretary Gilberto Teodoro Jr., and their US counterparts, Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin.
