FAST-FOOD giant Jollibee Foods Corp. (JFC) has dropped plans to raise up to P8 billion from a share offering and will instead explore other capital-raising opportunities.

In a disclosure on Monday, JFC said that it was withdrawing an application to offer and list up to 8,000,000 preferred shares that was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Philippine Stock Exchange in June.
