MANG Inasal, the Philippines' grill expert, showcased some of the Philippines' most iconic dishes and brought them to a global stage at the first United Nations Tourism Regional Forum on Gastronomy Tourism for Asia and the Pacific. The event was hosted by the Philippine Department of Tourism (DoT) at the Shangri-La Mactan Resort in Cebu City on June 26.

Organized by the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UN Tourism), Basque Culinary Center and the DoT, the Gastronomy Tourism Forum saw around 400 participants, including ministers from UN member-states, affiliate members and tourism stakeholders from international organizations.
