THE Department of Energy (DoE) confirmed on Sunday that the website of its Government Energy Management Program (GEMP) was defaced last Saturday.
The DoE said it was coordinating with the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) and was trying its best to restore the website as soon as possible.
