(UPDATES) THE Department of Transportation (DoTr) is looking for funding to recruit 4,000 more personnel for the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG).
Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista said, ideally, the PCG should deploy one personnel per kilometer of the country's coastline.
