MANILA, Philippines — Filipino rower Joanie Delgaco got relegated to repechage in Paris Olympics women's single sculls after finishing fourth in heat 2 at the Vaires-sur-Marne Nautical Stadium on Saturday afternoon, July 27 (Manila time).
Delgaco, the Philippines' first-ever female rower to make the Olympics, timed 7:56.26 in heat 2 where only the top three earned outright quarterfinals berths.
