CEBU CITY — Amid the recent mandate to "wind down" all Philippine offshore gaming operators (POGO) activities, Cebu City Acting Mayor Raymond Alvin Garcia is maintaining a cautious stance to ensure compliance within the city.

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. issued the directive to cease POGO operations during his third State of the Nation Address (SONA) in response to increasing concerns over illegal gambling and related criminal activities associated with POGOs.
