CEBU CITY — A woman posing as a licensed medical practitioner was arrested on July 19, 2024 in Cebu City, after performing unauthorized face enhancement procedures.
Dimber de la Cruz Celis, 33, is facing charges of illegal practice of medicine and swindling in relation to Section 6 of the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10175), the police said.
