BACOLOD CITY — The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) is looking into the incidence of Chinese looking individuals allegedly buying identification cards (IDs) in the city, lawyer Jose Gabriel Jr., executive officer of NBI-Bacolod City, said.

Gabriel said the NBI has received reports that a male and a female suspect have been roaming around the city, buying identification cards with pictures at P400 per ID.
