Globe completes tower sales to Frontier Towers

GLOBE Telecom Inc. (Globe) has completed the sale of a last batch of telecommunications tower assets to Frontier Tower Associates Philippines Inc.

The eighth and final closing for 1,037 towers for approximately P13.17 billion was completed on Tuesday, the firm told the stock exchange on Thursday.
