AYALA Corp. (AC) on Thursday said that it had submitted the necessary documents to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) for its proposed offer and re-insurance of up to P15 billion preferred shares.

'Please be informed that Ayala has submitted a registration statement with respect to the offer shares today with the Securities and Exchange Commission and has also simultaneously submitted the corresponding application for listing of stocks with The Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc.,' the company said in a filing.
