INCOMING rookie Caelan Tiongson has left with Rain or Shine (ROS) on a rainy Wednesday for Davao City as the team participates in the 39th Kadayawan Invitational Basketball Tournament from July 25 to 28.
The 6-foot-5 Filipino American forward is fresh off a stint with Strong Group, which arrived on Monday following its eight-game sweep of the 43rd William Jones Cup en route to winning the championship.
