Rebuilding foundations: We become stronger after storms

TOMORROW, Friday, July 26, I will launch my book 'Rebuilding Foundations: Touching Base With What Makes A Nation Stand.'

The main title of the book Rebuilding Foundations seems to be very timely as our nation stands in the throes of Tropical Storm Carina (with the international name Gaemi). As of this writing, the storm is still at its strongest and many parts of Metro Manila, including many provinces, are now submerged in floodwaters.
