MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Thursday conducted an ocular inspection and visited flood victims in Valenzuela City following the heavy rains brought by Typhoon Carina and the southwest monsoon.
The President, together with some Cabinet officials, rode a truck that passed by a flooded McArthur Highway in Barangay Malanday in Valenzuela City.
