REPRESENTATIVES from higher education institutions (HEIs) and various private entities participated in a three-day Basic Beekeeping Training at the National Apiculture Research, Training and Development Institute (Nartdi) in La Union from July 3 to 5, 2024.

The training at Nartdi brought together a diverse group of participants, including faculty members and staff from Ifugao State University (IFSU) and Abra State Institute of Science and Technology, Bachelor of Science in Biology students from Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University-South La Union Campus (DMMMSU-SLUC), students from Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College, and stakeholders in the apiculture industry.
