PH Red Cross deploys response units to assist flood victims in NCR

MANILA, Philippines — Amid flooding due to continuous heavy rains from the southwest monsoon enhanced by Typhoon 'Carina,' the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) response teams were immediately deployed to assist displaced families in the National Capital Region (NCR).

The PRC has deployed vehicles and assets, including 6x6 multi-purpose response trucks to aid flood-troubled residents in Malabon.
