Baguio City prepares for downpour

BAGUIO CITY — Mayor Benjamin Magalong has issued an advisory on Monday, directing the public and barangay leaders to prepare for heavy rains in the coming days.

The government's weather agency has forecasted a heavy downpour in the Summer Capital from July 23 to 25 due to Tropical Storm 'Carina' (international name: Gaemi).
