MANILA, Philippines — Amid the challenges due to the changing times and shifting focuses of Filipino basketball fans, the PBA aims at instituting changes along with building a permanent arena that it can call its own in the near future.
PBA commissioner Willie Marcial said the pro league is now looking for a two to three-hectare property that will serve as the PBA's home.
