Yulo, Marcial, Delgaco open PH campaign in Paris

(UPDATE) DEBUTING Joanie Delgaco and returning Olympians Carlos Yulo and Eumir Marcial will start the Philippine 100th anniversary of participation at the Olympics in Paris, France, on July 27.

Delgaco, the Philippines' first-ever female rower to make the Games, will be the first to see action in the quadrennial meet.
