3 die in Cagayan bar shootout

TUGUEGARAO CITY — Three people died in a shoot-out ignited by a heated altercation inside a bar joint at Goya's Kainan and Carwash in Barangay Tanza at around 10:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Killed were Wendel Quilang, 58, and Edmar Quilang, 48, while their cousin, Erwin Quilang, 48, and Shayne Arugay, 34, all of Peñablanca in Cagayan, were wounded.
