ILOILO CITY — Agriculture Secretary Francisco Tiu Laurel Jr. said the department was targeting to expand the coverage of the P29 rice program in Western Visayas Region 6) in November this year.
"Looking at the supply and timing of the harvest and milling, I think we can expand the program in Western Visayas latest in November," Laurel told The Manila Times.
