MMDA admits wheelchair ramp 'imperfectly designed'

THE Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has admitted that the wheelchair ramp at the Metro Rail Transit's (MRT) EDSA-Philam station is imperfectly designed.

In a statement, the MMDA said that it is not possible for wheelchair users to use the ramp, which is the same height as the footbridge.
