THE Federation of Free Workers (FFW) commended the Supreme Court's decision ordering the regularization of two delivery riders, who were categorized by e-commerce platform Lazada as independent contractors.
On April 3, the high court's second division, through Associate Justice Jhosep Lopez, granted the review on certiorari filed by delivery riders Walter Borromeo and Jimmy Parcia against Lazada, citing their dismissal as illegal.
