IN the open forum at the recent launch of the Council of Leaders for Peace at Sto. Domingo Church, the question was raised about what the government-MILF talks through the Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro (CAB) contained, as against the government-NDF talks, for the former to succeed.
I cautioned against the perception of success as much still has to be done during the transition period to translate peace agreements into relevance to the grassroots.
