THE Mindoro State University (MinSU) Board of Regents (BoR) chaired by Commission on Higher Education (CHEd) Commissioner Marita Canapi, PhD, elected Enya Marie Apostol, PhD, as second university president, per MinSU's official announcement on July 11, 2024.
Apostol envisions MinSU as a "University of Choice" with developmental goals encapsulated in the acronym LIFT MINSU, which means "Leadership Excellence, Inclusivity, Fiscal Prudence, Technological Advancement, Management of Resources, Innovation, and Network of Collaborative Partnerships."
