Porac mayor supports call to ban POGO in PH

PORAC, Pampanga — Mayor Jaime Capil has expressed his full support to the Senate probe into the illegal activities involving Philippine offshore gaming operators even as he reiterated his call for the total ban of POGOs in the country.

'I and the Sangguniang Bayan councils of Porac support the investigation conducted by Senator Risa Hontiveros and Senator Sherwin Gatchalian on illegal POGOs, and I'm grateful to them for giving me the opportunity to voice out our side about the matter,' said Capil.
