A CHINESE shot himself to avoid arrest while his two companions, who are also Chinese, were arrested during an operation conducted by operatives of the Bureau of Immigration (BI) in Pampanga on Tuesday.
The three Chinese are believed to be members of a kidnap syndicate victimizing foreigners in Central Luzon.
