The Department of Labor and Employment (DoLE), led by Secretary Bienvenido Laguesma (4th from right), opens its doors and engages in a dialogue with Kilos Manggagawa, which is composed of labor leaders and representatives, following their gathering to air their concerns at the DOloLE Central Office on July 11, 2024 on the process of filing notices of strike, preventive mediation and voluntary arbitration, the exercise of freedom of association and on other labor-related matters.
