CSU, JP university foster academic, research collaboration

CAGAYAN State University (CSU) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Soka University in Japan for the promotion of knowledge exchange and collaboration across various academic fields.

According to CSU Officer-in-Charge (OIC) President Arthur Ibañez, the MoU also aims to foster academic and research collaboration between the two universities.
