CEBU CITY, Philippines — The Davao Region dancing duo Francheska Dezzly Darvin and Bhenz Rudolf Owen Semilla achieved success at the 2024 Palarong Pambansa Dancesport Competition in Cebu City, clinching a total of five gold medals.
