GRAFT and corruption charges have been filed against former Zamboanga del Norte governor Roberto Uy and several elected officials in connection with the alleged illegal donation of government properties, equipment and supplies back in June 2022.
The complainants are Alex Barrera, Aurelio Monteclaro, Leoncio Orilloza, Manuel Reinante, Arman Alpeche and Eduardo Luayon, who are all employees of the provincial government divisions of Zamboanga del Norte and private residents.
