CEBU CITY — After nine years, the National Schools Press Conference (NSPC) has crowned a new overall champion, with Region 11 (Davao Region) ending the reign of Region 4A (Calabarzon) this year.
After a five-day campus journalism competition in Carcar City, Region 11 walked away with the most number of victories followed by the National Capital Region at second place.
