INFANTA, Pangasinan — Lingayen-Dagupan Archbishop Socrates Villegas and Alaminos Diocese Bishop Napoleon Sipalay Jr. will lead a fluvial procession on July 16, at the coastal village of Cato here to pray for peace in the West Philippine Sea (WPS).
"I am inviting the Catholic faithful and priests of our archdiocese to join the fluvial rosary procession," said Villegas in a circular issued on July 11.
