CEBU CITY, Philippines -- Western Visayas' Mico Villaran defended his secondary boys 110m and 400m hurdles at the 64th Palarong Pambansa at the Cebu City Sports Center track oval.

The 16-year-old student from Romanito P. Maravilla Sr. National High School first retained his crown in the 110m race on July 11 where he tallied a not yet official record of 14.53 seconds.
