MANILA, Philippines — Metro Manila, the western sections of Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, will be experiencing some rains on Saturday because of the southwest monsoon or 'habagat,' the country's weather bureau said.

According to its morning bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the Zamboanga Peninsula, BARMM, Sultan Kudarat, Misamis Occidental, and Lanao del Norte in Mindanao will have cloudy skies with scattered to widespread rain showers and thunderstorms.
